Orbital Sander Pad Replacement – Quick & Dirty

If you are using an orbital sander, your pad is bound to wear down eventually when the hook material gives. Here I show you how you can make a quick and dirty (cheap) replacement orbital sander pad! All you need is some plywood and of course a replacement for the hook material. And another advantage, if that ever wears out you only need to replace it, and not make a new pad!

You can find more quick & dirty projects here. If you are looking for ways to put your improves workshop to good use, check out my projects.
